About these terms

These terms govern the use of Promptwo (https://promptwo.com) and the purchase of the Pro subscription. The service is provided by Hasan Express, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI) trading as Hasan Express (full details in the Legal notice). By creating an account, you accept these terms.

These terms are available in French and English. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

The service

Promptwo uses artificial intelligence to turn your app idea into an ordered build plan with ready-to-paste prompts.

Plans are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Check them before relying on them. You remain responsible for what you build and for following the terms of the tools you use.

Your account

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian to buy a subscription.

Your account is personal. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans and prices

Promptwo offers two plans:

• Free: 3 build plans per calendar month.
• Pro: €9 per month, all taxes included, with up to 50 build plans per calendar month.
• Counters reset on the 1st of each month. Unused plans do not carry over.

Payment and renewal

Payment is made by card through Stripe, our payment provider. The Pro subscription starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and renews automatically every month until you cancel.

If we change the price, we will inform subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price applies.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, with the "Manage or cancel subscription" button, or by writing to hasanhassan8790@gmail.com. You receive a confirmation by email, with the date the cancellation takes effect.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and you keep Pro until then. The current month is not refunded, except in the case of withdrawal described below.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first Pro payment, without giving a reason, by writing to hasanhassan8790@gmail.com. We will then refund the full amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method, and your account will return to the Free plan.

Acceptable use

When using Promptwo, you agree not to:

• use the service for illegal purposes or to produce harmful content;
• try to bypass the plan limits, overload the service or access other users' data;
• resell access to the service or automate it without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Except in urgent cases, we will inform you first.

Your content

You keep all rights to the ideas you enter. You can use the generated plans freely, including for commercial projects.

You allow us to process your ideas only as needed to provide the service.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Promptwo available, but we cannot guarantee that it will work without interruption. Maintenance or outages may happen.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or lost data, resulting from the use of generated plans. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes, we will inform you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they apply.

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, contact us first at hasanhassan8790@gmail.com.

If no solution is found, you can use consumer mediation free of charge. The contact details of our consumer mediator are available on request at hasanhassan8790@gmail.com.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts, in accordance with the rules that protect consumers.
